Pickup and Delivery Questions

We provide laundry delivery to a wide range of communities, including the North Hills, Ross Township, Wexford, Sewickley, Lawrenceville, Shadyside, and the South Side. You can find a full list of our serviced zip codes on our Service Areas page.

Not at all. Most of our neighbors prefer contactless porch service. Simply leave your laundry bags in a designated spot, and our driver will handle the collection and return. We operate our delivery routes Monday through Friday.

Please place your laundry in disposable bags or your own laundry bags for the first pickup. We will return your fresh, folded clothes in our professional packaging, which you can use for future orders.

Our standard delivery service is Next-Day. If we pick up your laundry on Tuesday, it will arrive back at your door clean and folded on Wednesday. We also offer Same-Day Express service for orders picked up in the morning.

For extended service areas there is a $35.00 minimum order. In our core service area (North Hills, Millvale, Ross, etc.) there is no minimum.

Yes! You can schedule one-time or as-needed pickups. Weekly service is completely optional.

You can easily cancel or reschedule through your customer portal up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

Wash and Fold Questions

Our professional processing hub and self-service laundromat, Laundry Time, is located at 521 Grant Avenue, Millvale, PA 15209.

Our facility is open 24 hours for self-service. For attended wash and fold drop-off, our team is available Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please call ahead at (412) 812-1077 to schedule your drop-off.

Our standard service uses Sam’s Club brand detergent, OxiClean, softener, and dryer sheets. For sensitive skin, we offer 7th Generation or Free & Clear detergent. We can also skip softener or dryer sheets upon request.

We weigh your laundry after it’s washed and dried. This gives the most accurate and fair price.

We are currently installing 24-hour pickup and drop-off lockers at our Millvale location. Once completed, you’ll be able to drop off anytime.

We do not wash leather, suede, fur, or heavily soiled items that require dry cleaning. Please contact us if you're unsure about a specific item.
